Terms and Conditions

All mentioned prices include VAT and excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated. The orders are sent via Bpost (http://www.bpost.be).

We only sell our products to consumers and in quantities that are customary for consumers. That means that as a company you cannot purchase from us.

Payments must be made in advance via bank transfer, via Paypal or cash when picking up the order.
If you opt for cash payment upon collection, you will first be contacted for a collection appointment.

The ordering process
Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with our bank details and your order number. You must state this order number as a statement with your payment.

After receiving your payment you will receive another e-mail with information about the shipment. If the item is in stock, it will be sent immediately, if it is not in stock, it will be ordered from our supplier and will be sent within 10 business days.

We ship all our products via Bpost (http://www.bpost.be).

Shipping is via parcel post and the shipping costs are € 5.95 for Belgium and € 6.95 for the Netherlands. Shipping is free with an order from 75 euros (Belgium) and 120 euros (the Netherlands).

Small orders consisting of 1 Wella Color Charm toner are sent via letter post. The costs are € 2.50 for Belgium and € 4.25 for the Netherlands.

Exchange or return
You have the right to return or exchange items within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If you wish to exchange or return your extensions, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at info@clipextensions.be.
You will then receive the return form via e-mail. You must print this and return it fully completed and signed.

All products must be in new condition and in the original, undamaged and unopened packaging. For hygienic reasons, extensions that are worn, washed, cut, colored or damaged are not taken back.

If the items do not meet the above conditions, the items will be returned to you.

All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.  The customer will not be refunded for any shipping costs that they have paid in the initial order, including international orders.
